We are in the west end, some say it's like Negril used to be, out here. It's quiet, you can hear the birds, the frogs, the waves, but there are not any places to get in the water, especially on hard ocean days. I always saw a pool here, a smaller one, where you could get wet, belly up to the side to share a red stripe and a spliff with your travel mates.
The pool is still being designed, but I think the irregular shape will play off the straight lines of the cottages, and that's the reason I am going with a kidney shaped pool, above/below ground with steps leading up to a kitchen/bar in the corner of the yard.
I hope guests don't want to leave...or if they do, they come back soon.
