The roomiest of the cottages, and my own home for the first year, Breadfruit gets it’s name from the tree you watch sway from the front porch hammock. It was a big day, when it was planted - a breadfruit tree can feed a neighborhood. The very reason, you can’t every go hungry in Jamaica!

 

Breadfruit Cottage is a great home base when you rent the whole property, as it has the largest kitchen, servings for 10 and a large dining table, all screened- so no bugs! Watch the doctor birds from your hammock in the screened front porch, listen to the tree frogs, and think about what likkle hangout you will watch the sunset from. Soon Come.

 

You will love the irie 1440 sq ft, with front and back screened porches, the large fully equipped kitchen porch (with hammock) in the back and a Living Room porch out front under the mango tree. A shared bathroom in the bedroom. It sleeps six people; two queen beds and two twin beds (in the front screened porch), Recently, we’ve added Wi-Fi and hot water too… and there’s a butler’s pantry to set up bar and store your food.
